Our family company brusmar tools s. r. o. was established in 2000. We deal with sharpening and production of tools for metalworking and woodworking machines, EDM cutting, turning and milling. Our customers are from: automotive, aerospace, medical, military, other industries.

Production of fountain pens, ballpoint pens and pens made of wood, production of wooden decorations and small objects made of wood mainly from local woods such as walnut, plum, apple and mainly from vine wood, which is a characteristic wood in our region. The wood of the vine is hard with an interesting pattern.

I repair radiators, heaters and cooling systems made of plastic. Welding of all plastics, aluminum, stainless steel and steel using TIG, AC/DC and MMA methods. I provide professional level grinding of all saw chains, minor turning work, sandblasting, riveting of brake and clutch linings on cars.

Performing metalworking on conventional machines - lathe, milling machine, drilling machine, band saw. Piece and batch production. Turning on CNC lathe.

We are involved in prototype and molosserial production of special fixtures. We offer CNC milling, turning, EDM and metal polishing. We produce moulds for plastics and clamping tables. We specialize in the development and testing of the KINGGUN system for assault rifle and the fabrication of trigger brakes.

We provide tooling and metalworking, piece and serial production of parts, assemblies and subassemblies including possible cooperation (galvanizing, refining) according to agreement or supplied documentation. We deal with design solutions and design in the field of mechanical engineering.
