We carry out casting using gravity casting technology in cockles, sand moulds, self-sealing mixtures and low pressure casting. We produce aluminium castings cast into metal moulds, including the use of sand cores or metal ingots. Castings are supplied including machining and painting. Manufacture of cockles and tools.

The company specializes in the production of precision and technically designed parts in small and large series, according to customer specifications. We focus on chip machining on CNC machines in our own production facilities.

We focus on conventional/CNC milling and turning operations in small/medium volume production. We process various types of custom or supplied material: high strength steels, non-ferrous metals, alloys, insulation and plastics. Chip machining is followed by part finishing, surface finishing and assembly.

Offering chip machining on numerically controlled machines. We perform milling, drilling, threading of flat and case components up to a maximum size of 500x500 mm, turning of products.

We provide CNC milling of metals. We deal with heat treatment such as hardening, annealing cementing or nitrocementing. We provide surface treatments such as anodizing, galvanizing, painting, passivation or phosphating. We weld precious metals.

Performing metalwork. We focus on custom manufacturing of parts according to drawings. We perform turning, milling, drilling, grinding, welding and dynamic balancing. We machine cast iron, steel, non-ferrous metals, plastics. We commonly machine batches from 1 piece up to 1000 pieces.
