We operate a tourist information centre. We provide information about attractions, transport, accommodation, cultural and sports activities in the town and its surroundings. We sell tourist maps, souvenirs, postcards and regional literature. We provide tourist information and promotional materials about the town and the region.

We offer guiding in Spitsbergen. In the summer months, we focus on multi-day walking tours. In winter, we offer dog sledding.
