The microregion currently unites 9 municipalities - Dolní Němčí, Slavkov, Horní Němčí, Strání, Březová, Lopeník, Vápenice, Vyškovec and Starý Hrozenkov. It has 10 624 inhabitants and an area of 13 968 ha.
