The apartments are situated in the picturesque location of the Vranov Dam Chmelnice, in the immediate vicinity of the sandy beach. For comfortable accommodation there are 5 newly renovated, separate and fully equipped apartments with private bathroom and kitchenette.

The cottage is located on the banks of the river Dyje. It is a quieter part of the Vranov Dam, which is an ideal place for lovers of nature, fishing, hiking or cycling and sightseeing (Bítov Castle, ruins of Cornštejn Castle, Vranov nad Dyjí Castle, etc.).
