It accommodates 1 to 6 people. The ground floor features a fireplace with a seating area, a kitchenette, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a dining table. There is also a bathroom with a shower stall, a sink, and a toilet. High-quality drinking water from its own drilled well. The attic features two double beds and two single beds, armchairs, and access to a balcony.
