Bakery Zlivice is a family-run artisan bakery. Our renowned product is Zlivice bread made from real sourdough. True leaven means alive and is created by the natural fermentation of rye flour. After the leaven has ripened properly, wheat flour is added and the bread dough is kneaded. Zlivický bread is baked in a steam oven.

Our bakery was founded in 1996 by the Štefka family, which comes from Sezimovo Ústí. The bakery has been operating for more than 20 years and has been handed down from generation to generation.
