We offer a wide range of handmade and shaped pastries and breads. We bake graham rolls, pumpkin bagels, cereal bagels, braids, sourdough wheat and dark rye breads that can be found at over 50 regional customers. There are also gingerbread, bublanins, linzels, tubes and more.

Bakery bistro and café, where we bake only from our own leaven (flour + water). We do not use yeast or other leavening accelerators. We offer bread, focaccia, croissants, cinnamon snails, cruffins, Danish cookies, savoury pastries, sandwiches, breakfast, salads, coffee and drinks.
