We are a flying brewery founded in 2016 and we brew our beers in craft breweries that we choose carefully. This gives us the opportunity to experiment and provides much needed freedom and independence.

The story of our microbrewery began in 2014, when as a beer lover I was not satisfied with the quality of beer served by the big breweries. So I decided to learn how to brew my own beer. In 2018, I inaugurated the doors of my own microbrewery.

Our mission is to preserve and promote traditional brewing. We offer quality beer brewed according to historical recipes that reflect the rich tradition of our baroque brewery. We look forward to contributing to a unique experience for every beer lover with our products.

Operation of the microbrewery.

We produce and sell craft beer. We care about quality, variety and honest approach. You can buy our beers every day in the company shop. We also offer pleasant seating in the brewery taproom or garden.

Visit the brewery in Zásada, where we brew light lager 11°, light lager 12° and semi-dark special 12° from the waters of the Jizera Mountains according to traditional recipes. Try brewing your own beer and enjoy cosy accommodation for up to 8 people. Come and taste the tradition and hospitality of our brewery.

Podještěd Flying Brewery. This is where orders from our e-shop are picked up during the low season or outside the opening hours of our summer taproom.

We are opening a new pub where we offer a pleasant environment for meetings and quality beer. We look forward to your visit and to spending time together with a good drink. Our goal is to provide you with an unforgettable experience.

The classic bottom-fermented unfiltered lager is brewed for you with love and respect for tradition by brewer Petr Lacina in a classic handcrafted brewery in a two-vessel brewhouse. The beer is fermented in open vats on the rack at a temperature of around 10°C and aged for a month in lager tanks at a temperature of around 2°C.

The microbrewery was founded in 2017. The brewery is unconventionally located in the premises of an apartment building. We specialize in top-fermented beers, but we also offer classic Czech lager. Bottled beers are available in the beer shop at the brewery's address, on tap at the nearby Jablonec dam.
