The brewery was put into operation in the summer of 2015. The main brand is Světoběžník JC - an unfiltered 12% pale lager.

Small Tanvald brewery with the spirit of the Jizera Mountains. At present, only the brewery's headquarters and an experimental brewhouse are located at the above address. We brew beer mainly in the form of a flying brewery. We pride ourselves on Czech beer tradition, but we are not afraid to experiment Our beers are characterized by full flavor and strong bitterness.

We operate a microbrewery offering yeasty light or semi-dark lager Vendelín. The beers are distributed in 30 and 50 litre kegs.

We brew classic Czech beer styles such as Czech lager (light and dark), but also IPA, APA, NEIPA, berliner weise, wheat, GRUIT and many others.

The microbrewery was founded in 2017. The brewery is unconventionally located in the premises of an apartment building. We specialize in top-fermented beers, but we also offer classic Czech lager. Bottled beers are available in the beer shop at the brewery's address, on tap at the nearby Jablonec dam.

Visit the brewery in Zásada, where we brew light lager 11°, light lager 12° and semi-dark special 12° from the waters of the Jizera Mountains according to traditional recipes. The classic bottom-fermented unfiltered lager is brewed for you with love and respect for tradition by brewer Petr Lacina in a classic handcrafted brewery in a two-vessel brewhouse. The beer is fermented in open vats on the rack at a temperature of around 10°C and aged for a month in lager tanks at a temperature of around 2°C.

We offer yeast unfiltered and unpasteurized beers (bottles and kegs).

Podještěd Flying Brewery. This is where orders from our e-shop are picked up during the low season or outside the opening hours of our summer taproom.

We produce cask and bottled beer, which we deliver to customers across the Czech Republic. The brewery shop is available on weekdays.

We run a home microbrewery located on the Krkonoše Beer Trail and offer home brewed Fries beer made from Czech malt and hops, in 12° pale, 13° semi-dark special and 14° semi-dark ale. We allow tours. We carry the Original Krkonoše Product label.

We brew classic Czech lagers and other special beers under the Krkonošský medvěd brand.
