Strážské beer is unpasteurised and unfiltered, which means that all the healthful substances remain in it. Strážská Ema 11%, Strážský Hofmistr 12%, Strážský Baron 13% semi-dark and Černej pes 12% black. The shop is located directly in the brewery. The brewery was founded in 2017 with the intention of reviving the craft of brewing in Telč. The brewery brews beer according to original recipes and preserves traditional methods. All of our beers are unfiltered and unpasteurized, thus retaining their exceptional aroma and taste.
