Operation of the distillery. We will process your fruit into ferment, store your ferment, rent barrels for fermentation and distill delicious traditional brandy. If you have your own kvass, make an appointment with us for a specific date and you can follow the progress of your kvass.

Burning of kvass, which we prepare from the supplied fruit of the growers. Load your own kvass and already at the time of preparation of the kvass you can arrange the order in our distillery, or bring your fruit to our fermentation room and we will take care of everything else.

We offer the processing of surplus fruit from our own garden into fruit brandy. We accept cherries, sour cherries, apples, apricots, plums, peaches, grapes. Operation of a cider house. Possibility of selling honeydew.

Offer meat, fruit, honey and eggs. We operate a grower's distillery. We also offer apples and 100% single varietal ciders with a sweetness level of 1-5.

We are a newly established family distillery, located in the gradually reconstructed area of the Chateau, which is owned by the municipality of Lukavec. Our premises were completely renovated in 2022 and prepared for the delivery of a unique distillation plant for the production of fruit spirits.

We’re kicking off the season on September 14, 2026. We look forward to your visit. For now, we’re only pressing apples for fresh cider on Mondays and Thursdays. We accept fruit all week long. We offer to process your fruit in our modern cider mill.

Using traditional methods and modern technology, we will distill your ferment into a first-class spirit. We place emphasis on preserving the characteristic aroma and taste of the fruit.
