We produce quality wines from our own grapes from the Mikulov wine sub-region - vineyard tracks Pod Svatým kopečkem. We offer accommodation and the possibility of tasting directly on the premises of the company. Our wines are appreciated for their lightness and freshness.

We are a young winery that started in 2010. We farm in the village of Bavory near Mikulov, where we have 2ha of vineyards laid out in the vineyards Pod Pálavou, U rybníčka and Růžový vrch and Pavlova. We produce appellation wines and Moravian regional wines. Visit.

Wine based on nature, which we create with minimal human intervention - we leave everything as much as possible to nature. After the first racking, we do not interfere with the wine and let it lie on fine lees with occasional stirring (the so-called batonage method).

Imagine that you have 6 glasses of wine in front of you and your task is to determine their type. Each wine tastes different - one is extra dry, one tastes like a barrique, one is fresh as a summer breeze. The catch is that in each glass you have only Riesling.
