We are a small family brewery ŠPÁCAL located at the foot of the mythical mountain Blaník. We brew unpasteurized and unfiltered beer in an honest way according to the classic recipe of our ancestors.

We are a small family brewery founded in 2022, we have a technology with a volume of 500l and we brew mostly bottom fermented beers. We operate a growing distillery. We brew unfiltered and lively typical Czech beer with higher fullness and taste. We offer Light Lager Lipan with an alcohol content of 5.2%, Dark Lager Lipan with an alcohol content of 5% and Light Ten with an alcohol content of 4.3%.

We produce Pilsner Urquell, Gambrinus, Radegast and Velkopopovický Kozel. We offer Primus, Phoenix and Master beers. We also produce non-alcoholic beer Birell and sparkling alcoholic drink Frisco. Tours of the brewery are possible.

The barn is open during the harvest season (September - November). The must is pressed exclusively from fruit that everyone brings in, with no limit on the quantity. Reservations can be made by phone or via the website. The cider mill is run by the non-profit organisation Podhorák.
