We are a company consisting of two mills and a dough factory. Our company produces both flour and pasta. We prepare a range of products for small and large customers by various types of packaging. We process wheat and rye. We provide distribution of products by our own trucks.

We produce baking flours, bread flours, pizza flours, special flours (for dumplings, frozen products, wafers), feed materials and mixes and preparations for bakers. We provide technological service. We also offer organic flours and mixes.

We offer wheat, rye and now also spelt flour, mill feed, bran and pasta. Flour is shipped both in bulk and in bags. We sell mill products. We offer 2kg, 5kg, 10kg, 25kg and 50kg bags.

We offer quality wheat and rye flour, milled in a gentle way from raw materials grown in Moravia without GMO. With an emphasis on quality and HACCP certification, we provide a wide range of products for bakeries and other consumers.

The Střížov Mill is a small family business that produces all milling products using traditional production methods from quality raw materials grown in the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands.

The industrial mill with family tradition is fully equipped with the latest grinding technology from Bühler, which processes 120 tons of wheat and 70 tons of rye per day. We offer a complete range of wheat and rye flours.
