We are a small brewery brewing beer for the needs of our restaurant and guesthouse Markus. We continue the history of brewing beer in Frymburk, which dates from 1456 to 1921. We are happy to be able to renew this tradition after 104 years. We founded the microbrewery in 2025.

We operate a bakery offering baked goods for sale. Our products are based on traditional Czech bakery craftsmanship, with a focus on handmade products. In our shop you can taste from 121 kinds of bakery products.

I deal with breeding of heifers. I also offer milk production and sales.

The production of the brewery is 6000 ha per year. It brews beer not only for its own needs, but also exports it to neighbouring towns.

Brewery Operations.

The brewery was founded by Jakub Krčín of Jelčany around 1568. The brewery belonged to the Schwarzenberg family. With its own source of spring water. The maximum claimed resource capacity of 3.6 l/s corresponds to 12.9 tonnes per hour. This corresponds to more than 113,000 tonnes of water per year!

A bistro specialising in breakfast and brunch, delicious coffee and homemade desserts. We offer the possibility of ordering sourdough bread, snacks and desserts for your celebrations, meetings or business meetings.

We manufacture and sell a range of bread, regular, multigrain, tea and fine pastries, frozen and durable confectionery products or gingerbread. We also offer baguettes, bars, pretzels, cabbage rolls, doughnuts, fried bags, wreaths, lasagna and cakes.

Small bee farm with yard sale, Šumava original product, the best of your region. Parking for several caravans, motorhomes and tents.

Production and sale of Old Bohemian gingerbread, which is made according to a recipe from the 16th century. The gingerbread is hand-pressed into wooden moulds which were carved from the wood of fruit trees.

Bohemian clarified butter and caramel syrup. All ingredients are carefully selected and handcrafted is essential for us.

Nebekronky in Mříč is a self-service place where you can enjoy fresh macaroons at any time. The small, stylish house offers sweet treats without service - just choose, pay (e.g. via QR code) and enjoy honest homemade macaroons in a quiet environment.
