The association is a voluntary, non-profit association of citizens. We are dedicated to local development in the village of Dolní Novosedly.
The barn is open during the harvest season (September - November). The must is pressed exclusively from fruit that everyone brings in, with no limit on the quantity. Reservations can be made by phone or via the website. The cider mill is run by the non-profit organisation Podhorák.
