Pivovar Kotouč branches

We run a family brewery. We offer bottom fermented beers: Zlaták 11° and Turbo 12° light, Rytíř 12° dark, Kaple 14° honey. Top-fermented: Garnet 18° and Motejl 11°. The beer is live, unpasteurised and unfiltered, brewed in the historic baroque building of the brewery. The brewery can be toured.

Pizza according to the original Italian recipe. Homemade dough and pomodoro. We use Italian flour, yeast and extra virgin olive oil. Brewery specialties such as Kamenická sausage and brewery pickled Camembert. Fried quickies. Beer exclusively from Kotouč Brewery. Sale of beer in bottles and kegs.

The charging station is located near the restaurant's summer garden. Charging cables can be borrowed from the staff during opening hours. It can charge Shimano, Bosch batteries and has universal charging ports for most electric bikes on the market. Sockets are available for connecting your own chargers.

Production of fruit brandy. Offering fruit cider making.

The pub serves beers from the Kotouč brewery. The building from 1739 houses a 10 hl brewhouse. Seating for about 60 visitorsDance stage, regular music events.

Burning of kvass, which we prepare from the supplied fruit of the growers. Load your own kvass and already at the time of preparation of the kvass you can arrange the order in our distillery, or bring your fruit to our fermentation room and we will take care of everything else.
