Divadlo ALDENTE branches

We are a theatre where young actors and writers with Down syndrome and professional theatre artists without disabilities meet. We feel that people with Down syndrome have a unique vision of the world and specific performance skills.

The theatre creates a unique theatrical poetics built on a mutual dialogue between young actors and authors with Down syndrome or other disabilities and professional artists without disabilities. In this way, it contributes to diversity in the arts and to a better acceptance of people with differences in society.
