We strain fresh butter and make it into Ghee. Pure butterfat that smells and tastes like butter, doesn't burn, is lactose-free and doesn't need to be refrigerated. Add fabulous Ghee to your recipes. You can fry, cook, grease and baste, bake and grill with it.
