A self-service hotel operation where almost everything from booking to payment, check-in and key handover is done electronically. We offer accommodation in 37 rooms with private kitchen, bathroom and toilet. There is also a self-service bar and a private sauna.

The artist Jiří David contributed to a very intimate private sauna, thus expanding his numerous artistic footprints in Nezval's Ars. The sauna is for one, maximum two persons. It is a place that transports you in seconds to a world of relaxation and intimacy.
