The company was established in response to the requirements of investors to provide comprehensive services in the field of construction contracts. We have many years of experience in the field of real estate development, we implement our own projects and plans for domestic and foreign investors.

The residential project is a residential complex of five blocks of three-storey viladoms centred around a central park-like area. The whole complex includes 336 residential units of sizes 1 + kk to 4 + kk with parking. Five commercial units are proposed in the northern part of the area.

Winner of the main prize Building of the Moravian-Silesian Region in the category of apartment buildings. The entire complex is C-shaped, consisting of 12 sections comprising 242 flats and 244 covered garage spaces. On the ground floor of the buildings there are commercial premises.
