We provide social rehabilitation services in outpatient form. We support people with chronic mental illness to lead full lives as they wish - particularly by promoting independence and autonomy in managing daily activities.

A service that serves people who suffer from serious mental illness. We provide health and social support and care in the client's natural environment, in the client's family, community or in the CDZ itself. By taking an individual approach to the client, we assist in meeting their needs and goals.
