The Contact Centre offers help and guidance to people struggling with substance and behavioural addictions. We also work with co-dependents (family members, partners and friends of addicts).
People can enter sheltered housing after completing at least three months of treatment for addiction or after serving a sentence. The programme lasts 9 months. Users undergo mandatory 2-3 months of vocational rehabilitation, participate in support groups, enter employment, and repay their debts.
