Operation of ski and children's lifts. The ski resort has been in operation since 2021. There are 3 ski lifts of the poma type and one children's lift on 2 slopes: the big one (red) and the one at the Silver Spruce (blue). There are ski equipment rentals/shops and refreshments at the ski slopes.

The house offers comfortable accommodation for at least 6 people in 3 bedrooms. It is also equipped with a kitchen and 2 bathrooms with toilet. There is good mobile signal availability from all operators and Wi-Fi is available on site. The house is located just 50m from the ski slopes.

The cottage provides a total of 5 self-contained units: 2 three-bedroom apartments with 12 beds, 2 two-bed apartments and a ground floor double room. All units have a private bathroom. There is also a lounge, shared kitchen, ski boot drying room, barbecue and a range of other facilities.
