Chalupa Jadrnka branches

The cottage is located in the village of Orlické Záhorie, part of Jadrná. It is a modernly furnished cottage with a large lounge, two apartments with kitchenette and one separate room. The apartments and the room have their own bathroom with sanitary facilities. The apartments also have a kitchenette.

I offer yoga classes and lessons for beginners and very advanced. The basic teaching style is hatha yoga. It is a progressive learning of yoga postures, alignments, body awareness, breath and intention to practice yoga regularly for its restorative effects.
