As a hypnosystemic therapist, I would be happy to guide you on a path of meaningful change for a better life. Using safe, direct and effective methods, I will help you move to a place where things will be different. I use NLP, hypnosis, a systems approach and systemic constellations. I work at the Lávka Psychotherapy Centre.

I am a therapist who combines NLP hypnosis and working with deeper layers of experience. I don't lead against defenses, but towards a greater connection with self. I help people work through change in a way that makes sense and is theirs. In a safe space we look for new ways to create solutions and live more like ourselves.
