We offer a wide range of exercise classes for children from birth to six years old. We’ve been developing our teaching method since 2009. A variety of fun exercises for children ages 3 months to 6 years. A well-developed course curriculum designed by physical therapists and experienced educators. We’ve been doing this professionally, with enthusiasm and love, since 2009.

We offer healthy and fun exercise programs for children. The teaching methods used in our follow-up courses are based on insights from psychomotor development and physical therapy. We offer parent-child exercise classes (for infants and toddlers) and classes for preschoolers. We encourage a love of physical activity and support children’s healthy development.
