We provide property management and commercial real estate services, engineering, accounting and comprehensive real estate consulting. We mainly take care of properties owned by the City of Prague, such as Prague Embankments, Aquacentrum Šutka, Adria Palace and Platýz, etc.

We offer the premises of the old sewage treatment plant for corporate and social events, lectures and conferences, experiential tourism, teambulding, exhibitions, filming, photography, weddings and more.

We operate a 50 m long swimming pool, steam baths, Finnish saunas and an aquapark with many attractions such as a wild river, whirlpool, slide and water slides. There is a children's paddling pool with a depth of 20 cm and a climbing frame or an educational area for schools and parents with young children.

The old sewage treatment plant is an important document of the history of architecture, technology and water management. It was built between 1901 and 1906 and served until 1967. Today it is a national cultural monument and open to the public. Unique are the preserved working steam engines from 1903.
