The company offers its services not only to its sole shareholder, but also to other persons. The main activities of the company are property management and maintenance, real estate activities (sale of real estate, arranging the transfer of cooperative apartments to personal ownership and others), engineering activities in investment construction.

We operate covered garages. We offer 340 parking spaces.

Operation of an outdoor swimming pool with a heated 50 metre pool, children's paddling pool, waterslide and a netball and beach volleyball court. The swimming pool is characterised by grassy spacious beaches and high quality clean water. Of course, there is a high quality wi-fi signal throughout the whole area.
