I offer nutritional counseling for weight loss, creating diets or creating and optimizing an eating plan for athletes. We will review and correct your diet, choose the appropriate physical activity, and adapt everything to your time, age and health condition.

We run a ladies gym. We offer personal exercise plan design, lessons with a trainer and body condition analysis. Parking and WiFi connection available.
