Divadlo Drak branches

The theatre is a theatre in Hradec Králové, whose work has been based on the tradition of (East) Czech puppetry and the principle of original original creation for children and adults. Throughout its history, it has often pioneered new methods and creative approaches and has won numerous awards at home and abroad.

We operate an interactive gallery that combines art and education, offering a program primarily for families with children. The permanent exhibition The Story of the Dragon 1958-2018 tells the story of the theatre's 60-year history. The second floor of the gallery is dedicated to temporary exhibitions and a playroom with theatre simulators.
