We are a modern and strong base for anyone interested in sport, healthy living and a career in fitness. Main activities include: education, organizing competitions, holding workshops and conferences, dealing with international organizations such as FISAF International and EHFA.

A project aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle and active exercise as an integral part of everyday health care. At a time when every second Czech is at risk of being overweight or obese, we are trying to get the whole Czech Republic moving.

A nationwide project of general physical training for preschool and younger school-age children, aimed at the development of basic motor skills, coordination, agility, speed and strength.
