Running a movement studio with a focus on pilates. It is a classical Pilates exercise suitable for beginners and intermediate students, which can be varied with the use of various tools. By using the machines, the body can be provoked to perform more and make the exercise more difficult and give the body support where it has weaknesses.

We operate a movement studio and solarium. We practice jumping, bodyforming, tabata, yoga, pilates. We offer individual and group lessons.
