Authorized ergonomics laboratory focusing on ergonomics, physiology and occupational safety. We categorise workplaces in terms of physical load, analyse risks and propose measures.

We offer qualification studies for teaching assistants, educators, leisure teachers and principals. For schools we have seminars and courses accredited by the Ministry of Education, external mentoring or training of internal mentors. For parents we offer professional training, educational counselling and mediation.

Relax, regenerate, educate yourself. Practice Hot Yoga (the hall is heated to 41 degrees Celsius), Aerial Yoga (we practice in nets) and classical yoga (Hatha Yoga, Power Yoga, Yoga for beginners, Five Tibetans, Yogalates, yoga focused on healthy back, exercises for seniors, etc.).
