We provide project documentation for building permits, detailed designs and structural calculations. We offer development of architectural studies according to requirements, modification of standard projects of houses and author's supervision during construction including engineering and procurement activities.

We offer accommodation in four fully equipped non-smoking apartments with a maximum capacity of 16 beds + 1 extra bed. There is a bicycle storage room, a terrace under the vine, a lounge and 4 parking spaces. There is a wine cellar.
