Mangala Yoga branches

You can attend my yoga classes every Monday during the school year from 18:00 in the gym of the business academy without the need for prior reservation. During the summer holidays there is outdoor yoga at Vyšehrad. Classes are suitable for yoga beginners.

We are an association of fitness and healthy lifestyle professionals. Our main goal is to offer quality exercise with experienced trainers that can be implemented on-site.
