We manage the property of municipalities. We manage the economic activity of municipalities, the operation of the ice rink, swimming pools, heat production and distribution, renting of non-residential premises, forest management. We operate an inflatable sports hall and tennis courts.

We operate a total of 20 parking meters in the paid parking zone with a parking capacity of 526 spaces.

We manage and maintain public green spaces, roads, lighting, burial grounds, watercourses and flood control facilities. We also manage the city's physical education facilities and summer swimming pool.

Operation of the ice rink for hockey players and the public. Total capacity is 3 500 spectators.

We operate an aquacentre with indoor and outdoor stainless steel pool, whirlpool, water slide, outdoor slide and wellness world. Refreshments in the summer months also at the outdoor pool. We run a swimming school and also a swimming course for children called Froggy.

We operate a summer swimming pool with a water park, air trampolines, beach club with deck chairs, pirate bay for small children. We also offer refreshments.
