The company was founded in 2004, as a subsidiary service organization of the British "mother" engaged in renting accommodation and providing assistance services in London. Since 2013, the company has been engaged in the implementation of development projects mainly in the Zlín region.

BLOCK 96 offers unconventional studios and art studios with duplex layouts, ranging in size from 20 to 40 m², for both long-term and short-term rent at affordable prices. All units are fully furnished and equipped with appliances, and the complex offers parking for up to 40 vehicles, a reception desk, a laundry room, a bike storage room, and an elevator.
