The first written report dates back to 1336. The village is located at an altitude of 240 metres. You can see for example the Evangelical Reformed School with a prayer room, the Jan Hus monument, a reconciliation stone with a carved cross, an inn with a brewery and the Prokop bell on the municipal building.
