The lookout tower is the oldest iron lookout tower in Bohemia. It was built in 1887 by the joint efforts of three sections of the German Mountain Association - Jablonec, Janov and Hornokamenice.

Operation of a natural swimming pool. Sunbathing on grassy areas and wooden plates. The large pool has a water slide and a diving board. There is a sand volleyball and football field. For the little ones there is a paddling pool. For refreshments there is a kiosk.

Operation of the tower. From the crown of the tower, through the windows of the observation platform, you can partially see the Jizera Mountains and the peaks of their southern foothills (Maxovský Ridge with Slovanka, Bukovská hora, Tanvaldský Špičák and Smržovka Vyhlídka). The tower offers beautiful views of the Krkonoše massif and Černostudníční Ridge.
