The first written report dates from 1765. The village is located at an altitude of 368 metres. There are 268 inhabitants. Provision of Czech POINT services. In the village there is a monument to the resettlement of the village, a sandstone cross in the village square, a bell tower, a statue of St. John of Nepomuk and other interesting objects.
