We provide construction and legal activities of the city. We operate a general building authority and a road administration office. We deal with water management. Our area of expertise also includes nature and landscape protection, air, animals and ZPF. We also provide the issuance of fishing licenses.

The administrative department deals with computer network administration, infochannel operation and infractions. We manage the operation of the mayor's secretariat and the union of municipalities. It is also involved in the operation of the registry office and CzechPoint. Its areas of responsibility include the population registry, the internal control and audit department and the social department.
