The Office issues a decision on the granting of a concession, on the suspension of a trade. It keeps the trade register.

Provision of municipal library services. Organisation of cultural events. The library collection consists of approximately 24 500 volumes. The library subscribes to 65 titles of magazines. Other sources of information include listening CDs and CD-ROMs.

Care for disabled citizens and social protection of children. We deal with minority issues. We keep records of the city's property in the field of health and social affairs.

Maintenance of the vehicle register, performance of state professional supervision in road transport, administration of the agenda relating to driving schools and traffic offences.
