Operation of a nursery for children from 6 months to 3 years with a capacity of 63 places. The building is surrounded by a large garden. In bad weather, covered terraces are used for children to stay outside.

Operation of a nursery for children from 18 months to 3 years with a capacity of 37 places. A gymnasium and garden are used to develop children's physical activity.

Provides assistance, support and protection to people who find themselves in an unfavourable social situation and have nowhere to live. There are shared sanitary facilities and kitchenettes. Other shared facilities include a community corner, classroom, laundry or drying rooms. The total capacity is 17 rooms and 52 beds.

Operation of a nursery for children from 2 to 3 years with a capacity of 22 places. A garden is used for the development of children's physical activity.
