We organize religious services and religious meetings. The Evangelical Church is a fellowship of people who claim freedom of conscience and personal accountability before God. We do not want to prescribe how anyone should believe. But we do try to show people the way to God.

The church is built of red brick in the so-called North German Gothic style. The foundation stone was laid in 1863, the church would be consecrated four years later. The building is 45 metres long, the tower is 50 metres high. The simple interior is illuminated by sunlight through stained glass windows.
