The development group is engaged in residential construction of apartment buildings in Prague. It has completed 24 projects with almost 600 residential units. It is currently implementing 4 development projects with more than 230 units and projects with almost 2,000 apartments are already in the pipeline.

We are an investment, consulting and development company. We deal with the sale and purchase of investment properties (apartment buildings, office buildings, hotels, shopping centers, etc.). We build residential housing in Prague and Central Bohemia.
