We perform the delegated competence of the road authority not only for the Prague 18 municipality but also the function of the state road supervision. We authorize special use of local roads, issue decisions on connection of real estate to local roads as well as carry out inspection and sanction activities.

We issue decisions on the granting of a concession and on the suspension of a trade. We keep a register within the scope of our administrative district.

Providing bookkeeping and budgeting, payment of salaries to employees of the Municipality, property registration, cashiering and invoicing and control of accounting of contributory organizations established by the Municipality.

Performing the functions of a building authority. Issuing planning permissions, consents for selected buildings and building permits. Providing state building supervision.

Performing the functions of the executive body in the field of education, culture and physical education.

Provides property registration and exploitation. Develops housing concepts, housing needs analysis and implementation. Carries out the disposition of real estate assets such as leases, sales, loans, transfers and issuing opinions as a participant in the construction and administrative procedure.

We provide civil registration, issuance and shredding of ID cards, passport issuance, authentication of documents and signatures as well as resolution of administrative offences.
