We provide sources that are used to produce thermal energy for heating of flats and non-residential premises. We operate boiler rooms. We offer quantification of heating and hot water supply costs. In addition, we provide services in the field of agenda management, house management. We also take care of IT networks of small companies up to 50 users.

We develop WINTERM software for metering, costing, cost accounting, backups and invoicing. The logic of the system is based on paper-based management. We offer the possibility of using it for small heat sources as well as for large sites. We perform the installation of the program and introduce the basic data.
