A modern multi-purpose hall that is one of the landmarks of the city. During its existence it has become a major sports and cultural centre, a popular venue for national, European and world championships and concerts of the biggest music stars. The hall is the home ground for the HC VÍTKOVICE RIDER team.

The athletics hall is modern and meets the standards of the International Athletics Federation IAAF. It allows year-round training and meets the conditions for holding athletic competitions and international meetings in the winter indoor season.
